Industries Announces OEM Agreement with DEK
International

'07, ANAHEIM, CA -Chad Industries Inc., a supplier
of automated wafer handling equipment, today announced
a multi-year OEM agreement with mass imaging leader DEK
International. Under the terms of the agreement, Chad Industries
will supply automated wafer handling equipment for DEK's
advanced semiconductor imaging platforms and processes
including DirEKt Ball Placement™, wafer bumping,
DirEKt Coat™ backside wafer coating and encapsulation.
Chad Industries’ WaferMate™ series of wafer
handling equipment is a key component of DEK’s fully
automated semiconductor packaging solutions. DEK continues
to push the boundaries of high volume semiconductor applications
and Chad has worked in parallel to develop unique handling
options for non-traditional wafers including ultra-thin,
warped, grooved and glass wafers.
