Industries to Exhibit Thin Wafer Handling Capabilities
at Semicon China, 2011
09, 2011 - Anaheim, CA - CHAD Industries announced
today that it will exhibit automated thin wafer-handling
capabilities at the Semicon-China trade show later this month.
CHAD will exhibit a WaferMate300-1™ workcell configured
for 300mm wafers, and featuring a new handling system to present
The WaferMate300-1 workcell will also feature CHAD's new WaferWare™ software,
a third-generation workcell control software developed exclusively
for CHAD WaferMate™ workcells and to comply with E95.
The recipes are pre-defined and displayed graphically, and
screens allow for easy user navigation.
The WaferMate™ series workcells are highly adaptable for
OEM applications in backend packaging, LED, and metrology processes.
CHAD's flexibility to handle standard and non-standard wafers
from 2"-12" allows OEM process tools to remain standard
while CHAD bridges the gap to meet each end user requirement.
The WaferMate workcells are based upon standard solutions that
are configured easily and quickly for each customer's application
from a library of developed tooling options. This ensures reliable
and rapid deployment to meet the most challenging requirements.
We continue to see increased activity for CHAD automation in
the China market, and as a result are very pleased to be exhibiting
at Semicon-China this year. This marks the first time that CHAD
has exhibited at this show, and we are delighted to be exhibiting
once again with our OEM partner DEK International," says
Scott Klimczak, President of CHAD Industries. "The show
will serve as a great platform for customers to see first hand
CHAD's WaferMate workcell in action, to view our new software
GUI, and to learn more about CHAD's capabilities to automate
their manual process. We recognize the China market as holding
a great potential for CHAD automation in the coming years,
and look forward to a busy and exciting show."
CHAD Industries and DEK International will be located
in booth #4669 in the West Hall # 4 during the Semicon-China
show will run from March 15-17 in Shanghai at the Shanghai
New International Expo Center (SNIEC).
